Viking Runestone from Uppland 800 -1000 CE
Runestones were most often erected to commemorate the dead and often carried symbols from both Nordic mythology and Christianity.
The stone usually said who raised the stone and who it was to honour. On this stone the serpents symbolise eternal life and are holding the Christian Cross.
Our runestone is created from plaster and hand-painted in the Fight Club workshop.
It measures 12 cm high by 5 cm wide.
